WOW! It’s been 5 months already and I’m still working really hard on this project in the little free time I have. It may not look like a lot of work from the screenshots but I’ve listed all of the things I’ve added to the game so far to see how much progress I’ve made:

  • Menu Screen
  • Unicorn Colour Customisation
  • Saving and Loading System with 3 Save Slots
  • A system for seeds and random playthroughs
  • Controller Support
  • Parallax Background System
  • Rainbow Unicorn Butt Trail
  • Electric Horn Particles
  • Player Health/Damage System and Health Bar
  • Game Over Screen
  • Controller Unplugged Screen
  • Pause System and Screen
  • Shooting system and weapon system
  • Explosions
  • 2 Types of Enemy
  • Impact particles
  • Screen Shake
  • A damage overlay to show when you’ve taken damage
  • A system for enemy movement paths
  • A wave system for enemy spawning

It’s been incredibly fun so far and I’m super excited to get the game into your hands to play. I hope you are too!
